Canvas Unlimited Event Rentals provides tents, tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, lighting and all types of party supplies in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and surrounding area events. With over 30 years of experience, Canvas Unlimited is a leading innovator in party design and implementation. Weddings are our specialty but we can assist in making any event a memorable success.
We can provide you with what you need for any type of event: party tents, special events, festivals, weddings, corporate functions, trade shows, backyard BBQ’s, sales and promotional events, grand openings, VIP and corporate marquees, movie and television productions, exhibit halls, fairs, golf tournaments, temporary storage, church functions, auctions, family reunions, ground-breaking ceremonies, construction projects, funeral services, celebrity/charity events, portable dining halls, any requirement for tent rental and sales.
Hours of operation
Summer hours (June – September)
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Saturday
Winter hours (October – May)
8:00 am – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
Rental Policies
We require a 50% deposit to secure rental items. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due 10 days prior to your event unless other arrangements have been arranged.

Delivery and Return
Delivery is available for a nominal fee at a single drop-off point at street level. Additional charges will be assessed for deliveries not on ground level, not easily accessible or outside of business hours. All items will be stacked and should be stacked upon pick-up unless other arrangements are made before delivery. Prior to pickup or return, all items should be clean and free of debris. Dinnerware and catering equipment must be rinsed well. Cleaning fees will be charged.
Loss or Damage
Lessee is responsible for equipment from the time rented to the time returned. Please store equipment in a protected location out of the elements. We do charge for broken, damaged, missing or stolen rental items.
Tent Site Preparation
Please be sure that the tent site is prepared in the following way before our scheduled arrival:
- Tent site should not be over watered
- All underground utility lines must be marked
- Tent site must be clear of vehicles and other obstructions
- Grass must be mowed before we arrive
Weather
In case of a violent weather, the tent should not be used as shelter.
